Todd Bridges, famous for his role as “whatchoo talkin’ ‘bout” Willis Jackson on Diff’rent Strokes, guest stars on the final of Everybody Hates Chris, screening Saturday, April 7th at 7:30pm.

Bridges rose to fame in the hit TV comedy Diff’rent Strokes which ran from 1978 to 1986 about the misadventures of a rich Manhattan family who adopts the children of their late African American maid.

He explains that the life of a child star was incredibly different for him, than it is for Chris’ Tyler James Williams.

“They have so many things: cell phones, they text-message…. We never had that stuff. And they have a lot more beautiful girls growing up with them in the business. We didn’t really have any gorgeous girls when we were that age.”

The 41-year-old plays Monk in this week’s Everybody Hates Chris, a crazed ex-military officer/ grocery store worker and Mr. Harris’ nephew.

In the final episode Chris (Tyler James Williams) and Greg (Vincent Martella) are each assigned an egg to care for as if it were their own child for a classroom lesson on parenting skills.

But the task proves quite challenging, especially after Chris’ mom (Tichina Arnold) decides to show him what it really means to be a parent.

Meanwhile, Julius (Terry Crews) puts the family under a microscope after he learns that their electricity bill is over budget by 25 dollars, and Tonya (Imani Hakim) is scared to go to sleep because she suspects Drew (Tequan Richmond) is a werewolf.

Tune in to the final of the Emmy Award-nominated comedy Everybody Hates Chris, screening Saturday, April 7th at 7:30pm.
