On in N.Z. before the U.S.

In the latest Listener their TV reviewer said the final 5 episodes of this season of Men In Trees playing now on TV2 monday nights will not be played in the U.S until next year. This is the only time I’ve ever seen that happen with a U.S. series. Too bad it’s not a good series that I like.

I am 6 months behind on my TV watching. 70 videotapes recorded in LP with 6-10 hours on each and now 80 DVD's with 4 hours on each. At least I don't have to watch the ads.

Wonder if any Kiwis will share this online with Americans???? This happened with a show a few years back, Tru Calling:

Season Two of Tru Calling (such as it was) aired in New Zealand on TV3 beginning on February 4, 2005, with the last episode airing on March 11, 2005. In Croatia, it was aired the following March and April, and finally, after nearly a year-long hiatus, in the U.S. beginning on March 31. The last episode filmed was never broadcast in the U.S., presumably because the show had a Christmas theme and the episodes were broadcast in the Spring.
