In episode three, a boozy bride and an A-list celebrity wannabe put their prospective husbands to the test with their prima donna antics.
California native, Rhyan, is marrying Onur, a native of Turkey, in a private ceremony on Baker Beach in San Francisco. The stress of the wedding is causing Rhyan to drink more than usual. She’s also hiding expenses from her fiancé. When Rhyan can’t seem to get through any of her wedding preparations, including her hair extension appointment without a cocktail or two, this causes a tense late-night fight between the couple. She goes overboard during her bachelorette party and almost jeopardises her wedding day by running late to the ceremony. The ceremony goes well, except for the wind at the beach, but afterwards Onur starts in on Rhyan about her drunken behaviour. When her new husband ignores her at her post-ceremony luncheon, Rhyan goes ballistic. And finally on the day of their large reception, Rhyan is stunned to find her expensive cake is damaged and must be repaired before the guests arrive. Meanwhile, Malia Rivera, a 31-year-old celebrity-crazed bride, dreams of a red carpet wedding. She’ll spare no expense to make herself look the part of an A-list starlet and that includes a teeth-whitening session from one of Hollywood’s most sought after dentists. When she brings her fiancé Rich to the appointment and he gets more attention than she does, Malia throws a fit. Then Malia meets with her celebrity photographer to talk about how to make her look like a movie star. Finally, Malia has a word with the best man, firmly reminding him of his responsibilities.
