16 year old dancer Chaz Cummings from Lower Hutt took out the New Zealand’s Got Talent title last night and was left speechless and in tears on learning he had won. Cummings plans to start his own dance studio with some of the $100,000 cash prize. Over 270,000 tuned in for the finale.

The Ex List has been canned after only four episodes aired in the US. Not good news for TV3, who had bought the show along with Do Not Disturb which was cancelled after a mere three episodes.

iTunes is offering a half hour free download preview of upcoming TV series Legend of the Seeker. The series is an adaptation of Terry Goodkind’s “Sword of Truth” book series, filmed here in New Zealand from the team behind Hercules and Xena.
