Need the Voting Numbers?

How upset is one of these couples going to be once they find out they’ve just missed out on the chance dance off in the grand finale?  I guess they’ll be able to walk away knowing that at least they performed on the same stage as the winner of Britain’s Got Talent, Paul Potts.

I guess fate must be sealed for Josh and Rachel as they’re 16 points of the pace.

Paul Potts makes Simon Cowell some more money by performing an italian (?) version of Leona Lewis’s Beyonce - Irreplaceable The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face. (Of course, Leona won The X Factor, another Simon Cowell owned/created reality show.)

The first couple through to the Grand Final is: Barbara and Johnny

The other couple into the Grand Final is: Tamati and Samantha

    Noooooooooo.

I’m not going to miss Josh so much but his partner “Whoppers”.

  • Rikki

Thank goodness – the right result and the 2 best in the final.

Josh certainly didn’t get to be in the top 3 on dancing ability!!!

Could be either to win – both really good.  Loved watching Barbara most of all this night though.

  • The Guy

It is disgusting that an ex dance teacher can be in the finals and the majority of the voting public who are spending their hard earned money don’t know it.
It is supposed to be for people who learn and come through something they are unable to do at the beggining through hard work and graft.
Boo to Barbara Kendall – i hope the public of NZ make you sail of in to the sunset and buy your own drink for a change…..
Also Boo to TVNZ for pretending J Rowles was ill when they actually sacked him for running up a $ 2000 bar bill and trying to make them pay.
that is manipulation of ther NZ public by a state-owned (public owned) company.

“Also Boo to TVNZ for pretending J Rowles was ill when they actually sacked him for running up a $ 2000 bar bill and trying to make them pay. that is manipulation of ther NZ public by a state-owned (public owned) company.”

Can you back up this claim?

Interesting statement; especially since he wasn’t even mentioned in tonight’s finale.

  • Rikki

Well, I thought it was real strange that he didn’t even appear in the final, not even to be introduced or sing a song!  Not that I minded!!!!!

  • TVNZ

The comment below is incorrect. John Rowles withdrew from the series on the ground of ill health, based on medical advice as per his statement at the time. TVNZ was disappointed to see him go, but understood and accepted his reasons and medical certificate in good faith.
