In Seafood Odyssey, Rick travels to some of the world’s main centres of seafood excellence, picking up recipe ideas, sampling new ingredients, and picking up new techniques for preparing and cooking fish. Armed with the ‘fruits’ of his travels, he returns from each destination to Padstow to create his own specially adapted and inspired dishes. Among some of the places Rick visits are Chesapeake Bay in the USA, Noosa in Queensland Australia, a fishing village of Hua Hin in Thailand, Sicily, Naples, Galicia in Spain and the glorious sites of France. An odyssey of gorgeous locations and a menu of deliciously fresh food, celebrated host Rick Stein’s adventures are beautifully presented in this 8 part series.
