Horatio Tries To Save His Son on CSI: Miami

9:30pm – Sunday, September 27 on TV 3

While Horatio (David Caruso) tries to save his son from Julia’s (Elizabeth Berkley) erratic behaviour, the CSIs make a shocking discovery about a murder victim in the latest instalment of CSI: Miami, screening on Sunday, September 27th at 9:30pm on 3.

As the latest action-packed season of the hit CSI franchise series continues, fans may have noticed that the series’ newest medical examiner, Dr. Tara Price (Megalyn Echikunwoke) has been autopsying a lot more bodies lately.

Megalyn Echikunwoke, who joined Horatio’s team on CSI: Miami earlier this season as a recurring character, has been bumped up to series regular, according to executive producer Ann Donahue.

“Megalyn Echikunwoke is an exciting addition to CSI: Miami,” Donahue says in a statement.

“She brings savvy and humour to her role of Dr. Tara Price, a young medical examiner whose methods are on the cutting edge of technology.”

Likewise, Echikunwoke is thrilled to be a permanent cast member on the series, even though at times her new role can prove more challenging then what she may be used to.

“I’m still sort of getting the hang of it,” she explains. “It’s such a demanding role in terms of the subject matter that I’m dealing with… the medical jargon and stuff like that. That takes a while to get the hang of.”

And as for her new colleagues, “everyone is really welcoming,” she says. “David Caruso is really supportive and welcoming as well.”

Make sure not to miss Echikunwoke when CSI: Miami continues its latest action-packed season on Sunday, September 27th at 9:30pm on 3.
