Rhys Darby lands role in CBS comedy pilot

Rhys Darby has reportedly landed a role in a new pilot for American network CBS.

According to Digital Spy, the Flight of the Conchords actor has signed on for a part in How To Be A Gentleman, a comedy revolving around an uptight man who learns to make the most of his life with the help of an old friend.

The pilot is written by and features David Hornsby (It’s Always Sunny in Philidelphia) as the lead character, Alan.

Darby is said to be playing Alan’s brother-in-law alongside Nancy Lenehan and Dave Foley.
