FOUR did good in the ratings last night

  • reece_555

Yeah, Four is managing to gain a large channel share than Prime, likely due to programming in the mornings aswell.

Is FOUR avaliable to more than Prime is? Prime needs to update their schedule – its like its been stuck in a time warp since it started.

  • reece_555

In my experience Four is alot more easier to receive.

@Benjamin Paul, Are you only tuning in for the infomercials?

  • Matt J

3News seems to be having a bit of a resurgance. They deserve it after the Chch quake and Japan Tsunami coverage.

Question: how do you confuse a viewer that has a channel recorder wired to their TV?

Answer: put them in a drum and tell them to pee in the corner.

Note: if they smile it means they have a IQ higher than 30.

Proper ratings can only be done by polling every household in NZ. Percentage ratings done by having a monitor box in a selective few homes around the country is not going to give people accurate ratings. Anyone can play with percentages.

  • reece_555

Isnt the people meter system used widely clearly there must be some accuracy to it otherwise it wouldnt be used by large media companies but of course how would you poll everyone? so until then people meters look set to stay. Also I dont think tampering with the numbers would work because who benefits from it there can only be one channel that wins.
