Homai Te Pakipaki grand final this week

Maori Television’s live karaoke show, HOMAI TE PAKIPAKI has hit the home straight with the grand final taking place this Friday 26 August at 8.30pm at Auckland’s Logan Campbell Centre.

The heats have uncovered some amazing talent over the past few months as hundreds of aspiring singers fronted up to audition at Maori Television’s Auckland studios.

For many of them, getting to sing on national television was a dream, and HOMAI TE PAKIPAKI the least intimidating way to realise it.

The best of them made it through the heats and the semi-finals, and this week, 10 hopefuls hit the stage all over again as they compete to win the bragging rights for series five and $10,000 in prize money
