Global Radar on One

7:00pm Sunday, September 4 on TV One

Comedian Te Radar continues his global mission of looking at what we’re doing to make the planet more sustainable. By uncovering how our choices impact on our own backyard and further afield, he’s meeting environmentally conscious people who are making a difference, and going to places where the effects of Kiwis’ consumerism are being felt.

Tonight on Global Radar, Te Radar deploys his own tracking device in a bid to find out what happens to rubbish in the water. It leads him to Tonga, where he finds himself picking up plastic, then to Raglan, where he enjoys a feed of whitebait – the result of the local community’s clean-up.
