Downton Abbey to finish in 2012?

Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes has suggested the drama series will end in 2012 afer three seasons. “The original concept in my optimistic head was for the first series to start towards the end of the Edwardian era, the second to be set during World War I and the third in the 1920s,” he said.

Banks sells comedy

Elizabeth Banks has sold a comedy series to the Fox network called Dave’s Dead. The actress will serve as an executive producer alongside her husband on the series that is described as a cross between My Name is Earl and Shaun of the Dead.

’90s actors returning

Two ‘90s TV stars are attempting to reignite their careers with new comedy series Apartment 23. Dean Cain from The New Adventures of Superman and Kevin Sorbo of Hercules will both guest star in the James van der Beek comedy.
