Documentary Series

Tonight on History Under the Hammer we learn about a waistcoat that was not only made for Captain James Cook in the 1770’s, but was altered and partied hard in by a gifted singer, musician and Sydney socialite Ruby Rich. Also featured in this episode is an extraordinary and highly collectible piece of early New Zealand pottery made by Wellington Potter Peter Hutson and classic NZ Rail teacups made by Crown Lynn that made many a trip up and down the main trunk line.
