Some Sky Television customers were hit yesterday by a software glitch that saw outages for around four hours in some cases.
Around 30,000 MySky subscribers were affected from 4pm yesterday until about 8pm, with no access to channels available.
Other Sky customers lost some or all access to free-to-air channels or high definition viewing. This problem continued throughout today but has now been fixed.
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers,” said Sky spokesperson Kirsty Way.
