It’s been nearly three years since Len Snee’s tragic and unnecessary death during Jan Molenaar’s violent three-day siege on Napier’s Hospital Hill, yet the event is still very current for the men and women who were involved.
Siege: The Interviews tells the amazing stories of those who stood up and risked their lives to save others, both the police and civilian members of the community who found themselves faced with the decision to risk their own to save a life or turn their backs, and the decisions made.
While Siege: Sunday Theatre – The Audi New Zealand Season portrays the sequence of events that happened that day, this one-hour documentary gives an opportunity to really appreciate the real human repercussions and emotions as our real life protagonists tell their stories, in their own words.
