I’m planning on watching America’s Next Top Model and The Pursuit of Happyness

I’ve just realised that I missed the first episode of the new season of America’s Next Top Model last week on Four at 7.30pm. This show is a definite guilty pleasure: not what I’d call high-quality TV, but it’s always entertaining.

This season has US models competing against UK models, and tonight’s episode is the good old makeover episode. There are sure to be some tears.

Also in the ‘guilty pleasure’ category tonight, is Tom and Katie: Dateline on E! at 7.30pm. This show takes us behind the scenes of the Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes break-up, to find out what really happened. End of a marriage contract? Scientology became too creepy for Katie? We shall see!

There’s a lovely movie on TV2 at 8.30pm tonight: The Pursuit of Happyness (Deliberately misspelled!). It stars Will Smith as struggling salesman who takes custody of his son as he’s poised to begin a life-changing professional endeavour. His on-screen son is played by his real-life son, Jaden. It’s based on a true story and is a wonderful feel-good movie.
