What are you watching on TV tonight? Saturday 28 July

I’m planning on watching the Olympics

Olympics, olympics, olympics. That pretty much sums up what I’ll be watching today (and all weekend, probably!)

If you couldn’t face getting up early this morning to watch the opening ceremony, there’s a replay at 3pm on SKY Sport 5, or just highlights at 7pm on SKY Sport 4. Then…oh, where to begin? There’s road cycling at 8.50pm on SKY Sport 4, swimming at 8.55pm on SKY Sport 5, women’s basketball (China vs Czech Republic) at 7.50pm on SKY Sport 6, equestrian at 8.55pm on SKY Sport 7, rowing at 8.25pm on SKY Sport 8.

If you’re lucky enough to have MySky with HD, then you get access to SKY Sport 9, 10 and 11 as well. At 7.25pm on SKY Sport 9 it’s badminton, at 7.55pm on SKY Sport 10 it’s archery, and at 7.55pm on SKY Sport 11 it’s beach volleyball.

If you don’t have SKY, then Prime has a lot of coverage of the Olympics as well. From 8.35pm there’s coverage of the rowing, the men’s cycling road race, the swimming events that have Kiwis involved, and highlights from the equestrian.

Phew. It’s going to be quite hard to keep track of what’s on when and not miss any of the key events with Kiwis in them!
