Sharon Osbourne explains why she left America’s Got Talent
The mystery of why Sharon Osbourne quit America’s Got Talent has been solved. Osbourne left the show in June, without giving a reason why, except to say it wasn’t about money. Now she’s revealed that she made the decision to leave after NBC (which screens the show) decided to cut ties with her son Jack, after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. “I just can’t be fake,” she explained. “It’s discrimination, and it was badly handled.”

It’s been revealed that Khloe Kardashian is in the running to host the second season of the US version of The X Factor, along with six other possible candidates. They will all have to do a screen test and then the decision will be made.
