Shortland Street and the Starship Foundation are offering viewers a chance to have a walk on role on the kiwi soap.
A TradeMe auction is currently underway where the highest bidder will be given the opportunity to feature in a scene on the show.
South Pacific Pictures has donated the experience to the Starship Spring Clean, with all proceeds from the auction benefiting the kids at Starship.
As of Monday evening, the bidding was at $1,200.
