What to watch: Wednesday 10 October

Must watch:

Run Granny Run (Soho, 8.30pm)
This is an HBO documentary about Doris Haddock, the remarkable woman who decided to run for US Senate at the age of 94. This documentary follows her over a four-month period.

Glee (Four, 7.30pm)
Ryan Murphy, the show’s creator, dubbed this episode “The best episode we have ever done”. Sounds like it’s definitely worth watching then! On the episode, Rachel and Kurt deal with visits from their loved ones; Emma isn’t too thrilled with Will’s new job opportunity; and Brittany and Santana proceed with their long-distance relationship.

Record for later:

Is Modern Medicine Killing You? (TV One, 8pm)

Monte Carlo (Sky Movies, 8.30pm)
Three young girls holidaying in Paris accidentally find themselves whisked away to Monte Carlo, after one of them is mistaken for a British heiress. It stars Selena Gomez and Leighton Meester. One for the teens, methinks.

Game Of Thrones (Prime, 9.30pm)
Reinstated as the Hand, Ned sits for the king while Robert is out on a hunt and makes a controversial decree. Meanwhile, Tyrion confesses to his ‘crimes’ and Viserys receives final payment for Daenerys.
