Carell unlikely to return for Office finale
Steve Carell is unlikely to return to The Office for its final ever episode this year. NBC boss Bob Greenblatt said during a recent press junket that he probably won’t be seen again on the show. “We’re hopeful but I don’t think [Carell] will. He left in the way he wanted to leave, and he and Greg talked about it, and I don’t think he will,” Greenblatt said.
Will Ferrell web series heading to TV
The Will Ferrell web series Drunk History is heading to television with Comedy Central picking it up for a eight episode series. The series, produced by Funny or Die, features historical re-enactments by A-listers narrated by drunken storytellers.
