All the trailers for the new shows from The CW

tomorrowpeopleThe CW has given us the first look at their new slate of programming for the 2013/14 season.

The youth-oriented network has five new dramas to offer with former Home and Away actor Luke Mitchell featuring in the remake of The Tomorrow People and Neighbours actor Bob Morley in The 100.

Here’s what we’ve got to look forward to.

 

The Originals

Spin-off of The Vampire Diaries starring Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, Claire Holt, Phoebe Tonkin and Charles Michael Davis. Created by The Vampire Diaries exec Julie Plec, who will serve as showrunner.

 

The Tomorrow People

Former Home and Away actor Luke Mitchell features in this sci-fi drama created by a team of The Vampire Diaries, Arrow, Chuck and Nikita producers. Similar to Heroes in that it focusses on a group of people around the world who has special abilities.

 

The 100

Sci-fi drama based on a Kass Morgan book that takes place 97 years in the future when 100 young delinquents are sent back to Earth following a nuclear explosion. Henry Ian Cusick, Isaiah Washington, Eli Goree and former Neighbours actor Bob Morley feature.

 

Star-Crossed

Previously titled Oxygen, this series centres on aliens in high school and a romance that develops between one of them and a human girl. The series stars Aimee Teegarden, Matt Lanter, Grey Damon and Malese Jow.

 

Reign

The CW’s first historical drama. Set in 17th century France, it follows a young Mary, Queen of Scots as she journeys to the French court to get married. Reign features Adelaide Kane, Anna Popplewell and Toby Regbo.
