Ratings: Campbell Live vs Seven Sharp: Week 3

Here’s the first of our weekly ratings posts, this one comparing Seven Sharp and Campbell Live.  It was a disappointing end to the week for Campbell Live who only managed an average audience of 133,760 viewers on Friday which contributed to an overall drop for the week of 9%, down to 217,910 viewers.  The worst part is that last week was 42% lower than 2013.

Seven Sharp was also down last week but the average audience was only 2% smaller with 365,590.  The good news for Seven Sharp was that they were up 11% on the same period from the previous year.

With the Countdown/Progressive story building momentum and the unraveling of Kim Dotcom, this week could be the beginning of a ratings bonanza for the current affairs shows.
