Ratings: Campbell Live vs Seven Sharp - Week 4 2014

We’re now four weeks into the 2014 face off between TV One’s Seven Sharp and TV3’s Campbell Live. While one is making some good progress, the other is not.

The last two weeks have seen Campbell Live drop significantly to end up with an average audience for week four of 195,930 viewers.  This was down a further 11% on the previous week’s drop and a staggering 26% on the same period in 2013.

On the other hand, Seven Sharp seems to doing much better in 2014 with the average audience for week four up 2% to 371,994 viewers per night and 13% on 2013.

Maintaining that growth for Seven Sharp will be high on the agenda at TVNZ after the changes they introduced this year.  With 7pm delivering a declining audience for TV One for too many years, this ever so slight return to fortune will certainly be welcome news.
