Ratings: Cadbury Dream Factory

After a series high last week, TV3’s feel good show that turned dreams into reality ended last night with its second lowest rating for the 8 episode series. With an average audience of 118,610 viewers, it was well down on the series high of 175,320.

The average audience for the season was 146,326 viewers per episode.

One can’t help but wonder if this show would have done better in the Sunday night timeslot that is currently being occupied by The Great Food Race. Will there be a second series?  I’d suggest it’s up to the sponsor and whether or not they’re happy with the numbers.

I think that if these two shows had been swapped, they would have had a much improved audience.
