Count down to the Prime Time Emmy's - 4 days to go

Today I have a look at the Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series.

Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Comedy Series

Andre Braugher (Brooklyn-Nine-Nine)

Adam Driver (Girls)

Jesse Tyler Ferguson (Modern Family)

Ty Burrell (Modern Family)

Fred Armisen (Portlandia)

Tony Hale (Veep)

Some interesting points to note:

  • Ty Burrell last one in this category in 2011. In January this year he won the SAG award for Best Actor in a Comedy.
  • Tony Hale won in this category last year.
  • Andre Braugher has won two Emmy’s in the past, both for dramatic roles.
  • Jesse Tyler Ferguson has received an Emmy nomination for each of the first five seasons of Modern Family.

Who will win:

  • Ty Burrell. His win at the SAGs puts him in front.

Who should win:

  • I have no opinion! I am not a fan of any of these shows, to be honest. Who do you think should win?

Andre Bruthen, hands down the funniest guy on TV in years…. He was good in last resort a few years back but him doing this makes me happy it was cancelled.
