Sky launching pop up channel for Cricket World Cup

At SKY Sport we don’t like cricket – oh no – we love it, and because we adore our summer game so much all SKY Sport domestic customers can access a ICC Cricket World Cup pop-up channel free of charge this month.

The channel will screen full replays and highlights from selected matches from the 1992 World Cup, and one-hour documentaries of other Cricket World Cups – howzat?

The 1992 Cricket World Cup is littered with golden moments for New Zealand, including Martin Crowe’s superb 100 in the opening match against Australia and the four-wicket win over India at Carisbrook, Dunedin.

The pop-up channel is also available on SKY GO. SKY Sport domestic subscribers must be registered with SKY GO to be able to view SKY Sport 5.

SKY Sport is screening LIVE coverage of every match of the ICC 2015 Cricket World Cup, which starts on February 14.
