Ratings: Paul Henry closes gap with another record breaking week

It was another record breaking week for TV3’s new early morning program as Paul Henry saw the average audience lift 15% last week to 79,272 viewers per day between 7am and 9am.

Thursday’s program saw the show hit an all-time high with an average audience between 7am and 9am of 97,490 viewers. This resulted in the separation between Paul Henry and Breakfast being less than 15,000 – the closest the two audiences have ever been.


Breakfast increased their average audience for the previous week by 11% to 135,970 viewers per day between 7am and 9am. Friday’s show was the second highest rating since it went head to head with an average audience 159,365 between 7am and 9am.
