The Block NZ: Villa Wars and Grand Designs New Zealand had a big Sunday night, winning their respective time slots in all four key demos.

Sunday night’s episode of The Block NZ: Villa Wars scored a 25.2 per cent share and Grand Designs New Zealand achieved a 27.8 per cent share in the 25- 54 demographic.

In fact, The Block NZ: Villa Wars scored timeslot wins across the week; Monday’s episode saw a win in the 25-54 demographic, with a 23.5 per cent share.

Tuesday’s episode of The Block took out the 18-39 and HHS wk 0-14 demographics with 23.2 per cent share and 26.8 per cent share respectively.

Wednesday saw The Block NZ: Villa Wars take out all four key demos, with an impressive 28.0 per cent share in the 25-54 demographic.

Other great results include Tuesday night local comedy 7 Days of Sport winning the timeslot in the in 18-39 (23.2 per cent share) and HHS wk 0-14 (18.6 per cent share) demographics.

3 News on Thursday night won the time slot in 18-39 demographic with a 24.3 per cent share.

TV3 also had a strong showing Friday night, winning the night in the 18-39 and 18-49 demos.

Jono and Ben, The Graham Norton Show and 7 Days all won within the 18-39, 18-49 and 25-54 demographics.

RadioLive made broadcasting history Friday, after powering Duncan Garner’s three-hour drive show on solar energy alone, making it the first solar powered show to be heard around New Zealand.
