Criminal Trent Wagoner (Kevin Tansey) continues to torment Victoria (Laura Thompson) and Bella (Amelia Reid-Meredith) ignores some twinges of pain, this week on Shortland Street.

Determined not to play into his threats and become a victim, Victoria devises a plan to turn the tables on Trent.

Is she really capable of taking on a dangerous criminal? Or will she end up putting her life, and the lives of others at risk?

Meanwhile, Bella is determined to prove herself a capable career woman and single mother by taking on extra work for Rachel (Angela Bloomfield).

She ignores some twinges of pain, putting it down to her soon-to-be-born baby kicking. Will this end well for Bella?

Also this week, Drew (Ben Barrington) gets an unwelcome surprise when he discovers that a patient who he performed plastic surgery on, is in fact underage, and the surgery should never have taken place.

Aware that he and Margaret (Debbie Newby-Ward) are going to be in the firing line if anyone else discovers what happened, Drew makes plans to cover the situation up.

Will he be successful, or will Rachel find out about the misdemanour?

Plus, be on the lookout for an old Ferndale resident returning to the Street this week.

Shortland Street, 7pm weeknights on TV2.

You could get away with murder on Shortland Street and still not lose your job.
