Ratings: Early morning risers

TV One’s Breakfast hit a new high against Paul Henry last week with the average audience for the early morning program up 6% on the previous week to 144,910 viewers per morning between 7am and 9am. While it was a great result for Breakfast, Paul Henry also enjoyed a lift from the previous week with a 4% increase to an average audience of 72,513 viewers per morning between 7am and 9am.


Friday’s show on TV3 delivered Paul Henry the third highest average audience since the program went to air.

Last week’s numbers were impacted by Labour Day on Monday which saw both programs taking the day off resulting in the weekly average only being across four days instead of the usual five.
