Ratings: Newsworthy continues to tank

While Story and Paul Henry delivered some much needed good ratings data for Mediaworks, TV3’s late night news program Newsworthy headed in the other direction. The average audience for the show was down 27% to 45,870 viewers per night.

TV One’s Tonight was also down 22% to an average audience of 123,640 viewers per night, a number that could have been much lower were it not for Monday and Friday.

Year on year, the figures continue to look bad for TV3. Newsworthy was down more than half of what The Paul Henry Show had for the same period last year while Tonight was up 31%.
