PLAYHOUSE DISNEY – Saturdays from 21 May, 5pm

In the animated classic, Belle, a bright and beautiful young woman is taken prisoner by a hideous beast in his castle. Despite her precarious situation, Belle befriends the castle’s enchanted staff – a teapot, a candelabra and a mantel clock, among others – and ultimately learns to see beneath the Beast’s exterior to discover the heart and soul of a prince.

Stars: Belle voiced by Paige O’Hara and Beast voiced by Robby Benson.

These school holidays Playhouse Disney is the place to be with double the fun! Two episodes of your favourite shows all day including ‘Mickey Mouse Clubhouse’; ‘Handy Manny’; ‘Imagination Movers’; ‘Jungle Junction’; ‘Chloe’s Closet’; and ‘Timmy Time’.

Feel the wind in your hair, and join Manny as he packs up his Tools for an exciting road trip. They’re heading out to a fiesta grande — Manny’s family reunion! But when Pat veers off in search of his own family, Manny’s plans take a detour. Can he race to the rescue in time to make it to the party? Filled with new songs, old friends, and an inspiring message, Manny’s Motorcycle Adventure shows that when it comes to family, there’s always something to celebrate!

The fairies love summertime! That’s when they set up camp on the mainland and start bringing in the new season. But this summer ends up being more exciting than ever when Tinker Bell is discovered and captured by a human girl! Vidia and the other fairies quickly plan a daring rescue. Can they save Tink before the girl’s father proves to the world that fairies do exist?

The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! Each episode features The Cat in the Hat (voiced by Martin Short), who leads six-year-old neighbours ‘Nick’ and ‘Sally’, the ‘Fish’, and ‘Thing One’ and ‘Thing Two’ on a variety of adventures in his ‘Thinga-ma-jigger’. The adventures are prompted by a question posed by either ‘Nick’ or ‘Sally’ at the beginning of each episode, which will inevitably lead them around the globe to ‘make natural science discoveries’. The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! focuses on introducing preschoolers to various science and learning concepts.

Playhouse Disney’s live-action series, “Imagination Movers,” starring the popular New Orleans band of the same name, introduces preschoolers to the Movers energetic rock and roll style of music while emphasizing creative problem solving skills.

The third series of New MacDonald’s Farm follows the fun adventures of Max and Milly and their lovable farmyard animal friends – Henry the horse, Charlotte the chook, Dash the duck, Shirley the sheep, Percy the pig and Daisy the cow on Harkaway Hollow Farm.

With a cast of fun and memorable characters, good morals and a sprinkling of fun and magic, Noddy’s is a world full of charming characters who love to help each other play and learn. Using easy to follow storylines, the books and shows take your child on a fun filled adventure where they can learn some simple lessons about sharing, helping others and the simplicity of right and wrong.

PLAYHOUSE DISNEY- Saturday 18 December, 7pm

The owner of a bank (Miss Bitterman) wants to own the Muppet Theatre so she can build a nightclub over it. After she tricks Pepe into giving her the only copy of the contract between her father and the Muppets, she changes it so the Muppets have very little time to pay a debt they owe. Meanwhile, the Muppets are trying to put on a Christmas show. After the Muppets are confronted by Bitterman, they make a lot of sacrifices to save up so they can keep the Theatre.
