I love this show and it feels like Christmas that season 4 has started.... is it Tuesday yet?
I am still processing my thoughts on the new season but wanted to blog
about them so far....
OF Final - Thoughts and Theories.
After re-watching season 3, and the final there were a few extra clues to the Corky/Gary mystery that I missed the first time round.
Judd and Ted found out that Gary was involved in a murder and then buried the body under a driveway. Before they could confront Gary, or the police - Tedd told Wolf.
So now Wolf holds the power. He controls Gary, and because Cheryl and her business are now linked to Gary and his illegal activities, Wolf now has a hold over Cheryl.
Judd could go to the police, but Wolf could step in and take Cheryl and her business down. So they are stuck there.
It was only on the re-watch that I noticed that Ted told Wolf all the details about Gary, and then right at the end when Wolf talks about family being important, Gary does not look pleased (which makes me think that it was true and now wolf can blackmail Gary.)

As I am nearly finished re-watching season 1-3 there are a couple of things I would really like to see in season 4. My wish list if you will.
1. Cheryl and Judd back together.
If nothing else, please get Cheryl and Judd back together. I really like how the writers have set them back up:
Judd - good cop (or good security/private investigator) and
Cheryl choosing to accept Gary's offer.
I hope there is a big build up with Judd, solving the case (Gary/Corky), defeating Wolf, and getting back together with Cheryl. Oh how happy I would be.
2. Please bring Eric back.
3. Munter and Casey break up.
4. They keep the baby, but it stays in the back ground (like they did on "friends") or if that isn't possible Wolf and his girlfriend take it.
5. Gary Savage leaves.
6. Van and Jethro both fall for the same girl, only they don't know it.
7. More scheming from Loretta.
I can not wait for season 4
Outrageous.
Today I came very close to pre-ordering season 3 of Outrageous Fortune. But I stopped, I stopped for one reason - Judd and Cheryl, I need to know they will get back together. I'm unsure how happy I will be re-watching season three if they are still apart.
This of course means I need to wait for OF to return to tv3, which in itself presents problems, namely that I have very little patience and would like to watch it now.
Outrageous Fortune Final
The following is what I believe will happen during the final of Outrageous Fortune. It is not a true spoiler, because it is only my thoughts, I do not know anyone that works on OF, there is no inside information here.
But since there is a chance I might have some aspects right, I wanted to warn people that if you want it all to be a surprise don't read this post.

YES! Last night Outrageous Fortune was back in top form. Next week looks so good too! After what was a patchy start to the season, it looks like it is finally all coming together nicely
It also has to be said that even though some episodes this season haven't been as good as in the past, they are still top shelf stuff compared to most other shows.
I just wanted to post this after my post last week. I am very happy
Outrageous Fortune Losing Its Magic
First of all I need to say I love OF, it is by far the best NZ show ever made. Season One and Two were brilliant must-watch TV.
But here are my thoughts on season three so far:
1.This season is very patchy.
In the first two seasons the story's flowed through each episode. Season three (so far) has had one story line per show, with a very small amount of story line b. The story's don't flow like they use to and now we have massive recaps at the start of the show.
2. Aurora
I knew that once they introduced Aurora as the girl for Van that they would need to kill her off. The bond and love between them was too strong. It was great to watch but there was no other way to break them up. Where would Van go as a character, getting married - blah blah that can get boring. But they took it too far with some of the name calling. Van would be devastated with Aurora dying; they didn't need to add to guilt. The guilt just makes it drag on longer than it needed to.
