How big is too big? Follow three young women who have made the decision to reduce their physical and psychological burdens.

In the mammary-fixated world of page three and celebrity breast enhancements, it's a surprise to find women struggling with breasts they feel are too big. This film goes on an emotional journey with women who hate their breasts so much they're prepared to have major surgery to reduce them, despite side effects that can include nipple loss, not being able to breast feed and loss of sensation. These women are seeking breast reductions in a country where enlargements are in huge demand. Interviews with them before and after surgery will reveal if being smaller really does change their lives.
