Walk into the changing rooms of ‘The Ring’ boxing gym in Southwark, London and you'll be surprised to see a row of neatly pressed suits hanging above highly polished shoes. This is hi-tech training for the 21st century. Welcome to the world of high-flying 'Cityboxers' at London's first and only dedicated ‘white collar’ boxing gym. City boys thrash out multi-million pound deals by day and then hammer each other into submission by night, pushing themselves to their limits of physical and mental capacity. Enduring gruelling training sessions and highly competitive qualifying bouts, the lads hope to make it onto the bill of a nail-biting live Fight Night tournament known as ‘The Brawl in the Hall'.
