The state of Maori programmes on mainstream television: survey
A new survey is being undertaken by television research company Nga Matakiirea for NZ On Air seeking the publics views on the state of Maori programmes on mainstream television today.
Views expressed in this survey are entirely confidential and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Respondents who complete the survey and supply us with their contact details at the end will be entered into a draw to receive supermarket, book or petrol vouchers to the value of $200.
Mainstream Maori television programmes are those which have a Maori theme or storyline, mainly in English, that broadcast on mainstream channels.
You can view the survey here.
What are your highlights from the last 50 years of TV?
Is it the bitchy soap Gloss or the doctors and nurses at Shortland Street? Do the boys from Hunger For The Wild match Hudson & Halls? Was Dancing With The Stars your favourite prime time show or do you rate classic children's programmes like Under The Mountain and The Boy From Andromeda as your fondest memory
