It's been an emotional year on Home and Away, with Summer Bay favourite Belle (Jessica Tovey) losing her battle with cancer, Hugo's (Bernard Curry) arrival in the Bay, and the many troubled romances of the town's residents.

Now Home and Away is wrapping up for the holidays with another action-packed week, screening Monday, December 14th to Friday, December 18th at 5:30pm on 3, but what's in store for the much too often unlucky residents of Summer Bay in this unmissable finale?

This week, Rachel (Amy Mathews) is shocked to discover that there's no money in her savings account and seeks some answers from Tony (Jon Sivewright). He's a little cagy and tells her that he needed to juggle some money between accounts to pay staff wages and that he'd sort things out.

Curious, Rachel does some digging, but is she prepared for what she's about to discover?

Meanwhile, Charlie (Esther Anderson) confronts Ruby (Rebecca Breeds) after she learns that Ruby went to hospital. Ruby tells her she didn't want Charlie to worry, but this does not sit well with Charlie and she insists to be kept abreast of what's happening in Ruby's life.

Unable to get Ruby to see her side, Charlie makes a decision that will affect both Ruby and Geoff (Lincoln Lewis), but how will her new choice play out in practice?

Elsewhere, Leah's (Ada Nicodemou) worried about VJ's (Felix Dean) recent antics. She still can't believe what mischief VJ's been getting up to, and worse yet she can't seem to get through to him.

To Leah's surprise, it's Romeo (Luke Mitchell) who realises that VJ is acting up because he's being bullied! Miles (Josh Quong Tart) decide to confront VJ's bully, but what will be the consequences of Miles telling him to keep away from VJ?
