James Earl Jones on House

Tony Award-winning actor James Earl Jones (who's possibly best known as the unmistakable voice of Darth Vader in the Star Wars movies) is guest staring in House when the hit medical series continues its latest sixth season on Tuesday, February 9th at 8:30pm on 3.

Starring in the episode titled "The Tyrant", James Earl Jones will play President Dibala, a controversial African politician who falls ill and is brought to Princeton Plainsboro for treatment.

"We have actually just finished working with James Earl Jones," House star Hugh Laurie told reporters at the FOX TCA.

"How's that? You ask about guest stars and I give you James Earl Jones. That's not bad is it?," Laurie continued.

When asked about his excitement with regards to having such a big-hitter featuring in the series, Laurie said; "I'm holding back my physcednes because it's not a coin you want to spend too freely, so I'm going to hold it back til a few days before [the episode goes to air] and then I'm going to be foaming."

"Seriously though, there are a lot of people who worked hard on it [the episode], it was a real thrill to work on, and I'm certainly very proud of it," he added.
