"M.I.L.F. and Cookies" is a new comedy revolving around four young, attractive single mothers living in a large apartment complex who realize that "it takes a village" to raise their kids and have a single life as narrated by the complex's security guard.

Written by Randi Mayem Singer, the pilot is expected to screen i nthe US later this year.
