Masterchef New Zealand | Raves
I loved the first episode of Masterchef NZ!
What a fantastic first episode of Masterchef New Zealand! No cringe factor here.
The judges were so likeable with that right mix of empathy, criticism and open honesty.
The contestants put together some incredible dishes (anyone else feel a bit hungry?) and well-presented (*cough* good looking).
Can't wait till next week!

Better than that cheap and nasty looking Baking show on 3 with the Camp Annoying Host.

I wasn't expecting much but it was better than I expected. Heavily influenced by American Idol though, right down to the"clips of home life means they are getting through" which removes any suspence.

I'm happy with the judges. All 3 have their own unique personality.
I hope there will be a little drama and that it wont be all serious business. I'm counting on some tears from the vegan.
I noticed that Rod Trathem and Kelly Young both got good edits. Rod was shown at home with his family and Kelly was shown working out. That could be a foretelling.
