Outrageous Fortune British Remake - "Honest"
Outrageous Fortune is being remade into a British Drama titled "Honest". This is too weird, instead of Van and Jethro it will be Vin and Taylor.
Honest will screen on iTV and star Amanda Redman. The first season (6 parts) is due to screen 2008.

I think they already have a show like it called Shameless playing on UKTV although I haven't watched it so if it's nothing like it I apologise.

I think it's awesome that there's going to be a British remake. If they only showed the kiwi version, they'd have a hard time getting all the cultural aspects of the show. Outrageous Fortune is very kiwi.

Yeah it would be awesome if TVNZ screened it lol. But it's pretty flattering that they liked the idea so much they recreated it.

But I have to say, It's very sad that they decided to make their own series instead of screening the original - ours.
