Thirteen is the lucky number when the designers create party dresses for the 13 remaining models in this week's Project Runway, screening on Thursday, February 25th at 9:30pm on 3.
As the designers become clients for the models, Project Runway's mentor to the designers, Tim Gunn recently spoke to Fox News, sharing some tips for ladies who wish to dress the Tim Gunn way while on a budget.
"There are three key elements to getting your fashion right and they are silhouette, proportion, and fit," Gunn said.
"It has nothing to do with a particular label or its textile or its price, it's those three elements. And it's true for women and it's true for men as well."
For those who aren't too fond of scouring racks of clothes for a good bargain, he even suggests going on the web.

Oscar-nominated actress Natalie Portman (Star Wars: Episode I, II and II) is joining the judging panel as this week’s guest judge on Project Runway, screening on Friday, February 20th at 9:30pm on 3.
Having started her own line of vegan shoes with the label, Te Casan, Portman surely has a good sense of fashion. Now, she is going to appear on the reality show alongside supermodel Heidi Klum, top women's and menswear designer Michael Kors and fashion expert Nina Garcia to judge the eco-friendly designs of the remaining 15 contestants.
But if any of the contestants are even thinking about trimming their idea with leather, fur or feathers they might be in for a bit of a tongue-lashing as the actress is a well publicised pure vegetarian and advocate of animal rights.
But according to Project Runway fashion guru Tim Gunn this season’s contestants are a mixed-bunch with whom anything is possible.

Victoria Beckham will be spicing up Project Runway when the fourth season of the hit reality series finals on Friday, July 18th at 9:30pm on 3.
The current season of the series has produced the most diverse group of finalists yet: avant-garde wunderkind Christian Siriano, red-carpet designer Rami Kashou, Broadway costume vet Chris March and ambitious sophisticate Jillian Lewis.
And now the season finale will see Posh Spice acting as guest judge when these finalists present their final collections at New York Fashion Week.
Judging the Project Runway finale will be the Spice Girl's latest attempt to spread her wings into the fashion industry after already launching her own jeans-wear label and acting as a judge at last year's Graduate Fashion Week.
Beckham’s appearance will continue Project Runway's practice of having an additional celebrity guest judge for each season's finale.

Project Runway goes back to high school this week as the designers help their student models get ready for prom. The competition continues in Project Runway screening, Friday, June 6th at 9:30pm on 3.
This week will see the designers work with their teen clients – and clients’ mothers – on their latest creations; however some designers will find it difficult to find inspiration for such a unique challenge.
Luckily one season four designer, Jillian Lewis, managed to bring her own muse with her to the show – herself.
She recently told Bravo.com that similar to Diane von Furstenberg, she sees herself as the embodiment of her fashion sensibility, and serves as kind of the living embodiment of her own style.
Through her design career Jillian has always had to look to herself for inspiration, as, according to the designer, fashion does not run in her family.
