Project Runway goes back to high school this week as the designers help their student models get ready for prom. The competition continues in Project Runway screening, Friday, June 6th at 9:30pm on 3.

This week will see the designers work with their teen clients – and clients’ mothers – on their latest creations; however some designers will find it difficult to find inspiration for such a unique challenge.

Luckily one season four designer, Jillian Lewis, managed to bring her own muse with her to the show – herself.

She recently told Bravo.com that similar to Diane von Furstenberg, she sees herself as the embodiment of her fashion sensibility, and serves as kind of the living embodiment of her own style.

Through her design career Jillian has always had to look to herself for inspiration, as, according to the designer, fashion does not run in her family.

Although the members of her family might not have been her fashion mentors, Jillian believes she gets much of her drive from her female relatives.

“Growing up my biggest influences were strictly female… my mother, my two older sisters Debra and Rori, and a handful of my closest girlfriends,” she told Bravo.com.

This drive was in full effect in her sneak peek video, where she said "I'm here to get what belongs to me… ultimately to rule the world."

Needless to say, self-confidence is needed to survive a show like Project Runway, but will she have what it takes to will the competition?

Well, she has skills and experience to back up her confidence. She went to Parsons School of Design and received a CFDA scholarship award. She was also part of the "Parsons Design Star" project on the MTV college network, where she was picked to design the Perrier girl outfit.

She's also had major industry experience, working as a concept designer and illustrator at Rugby by Ralph Lauren and as a designer at Searle, and she's currently working on her own line.

Make sure to tune in to Project Runway and find out how this talented young designer deals with the pressure of working with her teen client. Project Runway continues Friday, June 6th at 9:30pm on 3.
