It all comes down to this, this week Project Runway will name its season five winner when the series finals from the New York Fashion Week's spring fashion exhibition on Friday, May 22nd at 9:30pm on 3.

Supermodel Heidi Klum hosts this exciting reality series that gives talented and hungry designers the opportunity to show their work to New York's fashion community and be featured in the pages of Elle magazine.

In this week's finale, the final three contestants will display their collection at New York Fashion Week, in front of the judges and America's biggest fashion icons.

"Some people think that we cheat the challengers," says Project Runway's mentor to the designers Tim Gunn with regard to this week's finale.

"Some people think that the designers have days off in-between challenges and that it's not really a day but a week. In reality it's exactly the way you see it on television, that's the way we do it."

One person that will not be joining in this week's celebrations is Jennifer Lopez. Lopez, who was scheduled to judge the Project Runway finale, cancelled on the show at the last minute due to a foot injury.

It hasn't been revealed who will be stepping in for Lopez; however Klum says that if worse comes to worse her husband Seal might be a likely guest judge candidate.

"Maybe," she tells US Magazine when asked whether Seal will be joining her in the Project Runway season five finale.

"I think he has more style than me, that's for sure. I changed my style after I met him to keep up with him. He's very fashionable."
