What will no doubt be at the top of Breaking Bad fan’s reading lists is a new memoir from Bryan Cranston who played the infamous Heisenberg in the series.

Bryan Cranston, the veteran actor and celebrated star of “Breaking Bad,” has agreed to write a memoir of his life and work, his publisher said on Thursday.

The publisher, Scribner, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, said it would release the book in fall 2015.

In a statement, Mr. Cranston said he planned to “tell the stories of my life and reveal the secrets and lies that I lived with for six years shooting ‘Breaking Bad’.” Continue reading »

Morgan Spurlock gets series order from Showtime

Documentarian Morgan Spurlock’s “Seven Deadly Sins,” which offers an in-depth look at the weird and darkly comic world of sin, has received a series order from Showtime. Hosted by Spurlock, the project will explore each of the seven deadly sins, one per episode.
