Meet Chef Omar Cantu, owner of Chicago’s famed Moto Restaurant, and his buddy and pastry chef, Ben Roche – two fearless explorers of new food frontiers. Their mission: to conquer a new culinary Everest for their menu each week and forever change the way we think about food. Their world is their real life restaurant business which is a gastronomical theatre of hilarious characters, amazing science and incredible dishes. Willy Wonka fun aside, there’s a busy restaurant to run, and if their customers don’t like their crazy food, their business is cooked!
