TV3 is proud to confirm it will become the new home of the award-winning makeover series AIA Marae DIY.

The show, which is produced by Screentime and has been running for over a decade, joins whanau, iwi and hapu in the ambitious task of renovating their Marae in only four days.

With the help of the AIA Marae DIY team: expert builder, Harry Anneff; landscape specialist, David Clayton-Greene; series presenters, Te Ori Paki and Ria Hall; plus a dedicated television crew, the series takes viewers on a renovation journey which is underpinned by family and community history – all tied together with a unique blend of Moari ingenuity and humour. Maori Television’s popular makeover show – returns to the small screen on Wednesday May 30 at 8.30pm for a new season of sprucing up marae around the country.

Now in its ninth season, the high-energy bilingual series helps whanau, iwi and hapu rebuild their marae in just four days.
