Celebrating Margaret Fulton’s 85th Birthday, this one-hour documentary celebrates the history of Australian food through the recollections of Australian food legend Margaret Fulton, a pioneer of the Australian kitchen. From the meat and three veg of the 1940’s and 50’s, to the pasta of the 60’s, the fondue of the 70’s, the salmon mousse of the 80’s, to the generation of Australian chef’s that have changed the world’s taste buds forever.
