Martin explores the pairing of Western wines with his favourite contemporary Chinese dishes. Featuring classic and original fusion recipes including chicken satay, sweet and sour pork and chilli crab, Martin visits vineyards, cooks alfresco and advises on catering for the perfect cocktail party along the way. The series culminates in an enchanting Chinese New Year Special.
